About the Class:
Join us for a midweek reset with Yin & Restorative Yoga. This class combines the deep stretches of Yin Yoga with the healing, restful postures of Restorative Yoga. With Lisa's nurturing guidance, you'll explore postures that release tension and restore balance, all while immersed in a soothing environment. It's the perfect way to relax, rejuvenate, and connect with your inner peace.

Full Moon Yoga Weeks: (1/12, 3/9, 4/13, etc.) Celebrate the powerful energy of the full moon with reflective and releasing poses.
New Moon Yoga Weeks: (1/26, 3/30, 4/27, etc.) Connect with the introspective energy of the new moon to set intentions and plant seeds for growth.
Crystal Yoga Weeks: (1/19, 2/16, 3/16, etc.) Incorporate the healing vibrations of crystals into your practice for added balance and focus.
