This workshop with Steph & Charlotte will explore the integration of healing practices including Yin Yoga, Reiki, meditation, and sound therapy.The focus is to open the heart, beginning with a beautiful yin yoga sequence to balance and open the heart chakra and bring a deep level of release, healing and relaxation to the body, mind and soul. The reiki healing energy will assist the process of clearing stagnant energy and removing blockages. Ending with an extended meditation serenaded to the sound of singing bowls, a space to breathe deeply and embrace the healing.
Combining these powerful practices to stimulate the smooth flow of energy through the body’s meridian channels and helps to active, align, and balance the heart centre (chakra). The heart chakra holds the power of unconditional love, compassion and forms the bridge between lower and upper chakras (connecting physical with spiritual).
