A centering yin practice led by Tommy with hands-on reiki throughout the class by Rebecca.
Reiki is a Japanese relaxation technique that helps restore and bring ease to your energetic system. (An option for reiki without physical contact is available - please inform Rebecca of this preference upon your arrival.)
Please wear comfortable clothing that you are able to move in. Props are available for all and students may choose to bring props they prefer with them. Hot tea and drinks are served. Beginners are welcomed.
