In this workshop you will begin with breath work and guided meditation to prepare and relax your body and mind. You will be guided through a slow and deep Yin Yoga practice led by Kelli Martin and Kristi Kuttner, and encouraged to hold the postures for time to get deep into the connective tissues in the body.During this healing experience you will receive Sound Therapy through the vibrations of beautiful crystal bowls as well as hands on Reiki (Energy Healing) by Reiki Masters Kelli and Kristi. This class will provide you the opportunity to peel back the layers and go deep within yourself, physically and emotionally.

Kristi Kuttner was born and raised in Michigan but built her life in sunny San Diego. She is a Yin Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master Teacher, Spiritual Mentor, and Cat Lover.
Kelli Martin was born and raised in California and put her roots down in San Diego. She is a Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master Teacher, Empowerment Mentor, Crystal Collector, Plant Mama, and Good Vibe spreader.
