Yin & Nidra Yuletide Workshop

It's time to hybernate! We'll salute the sun, showing our face to some effort, and then it's down into a Yin flow. Lots of folding inwards, shoulder and hip openers. Then settling down with the blankets, the props, optional physical adjustments, and a Nidra Savasana. You have absolute permission to fall asleep!

Mats and props provided, but feel free to bring your own. Comedy clothing and layers are encouraged as we'll be still for a little while.
