Slow down and restore with a deeply nourishing practice that combines Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. We'll begin with gentle, long-held Yin postures to release tension, improve mobility, and calm the nervous system. The class then transitions into a guided Yoga Nidra meditation, allowing you to rest deeply while cultivating a sense of ease and renewal.
Perfect for all levels, this class offers a peaceful reset for both body and mind. Props are encouraged for comfort and support. No yoga experience is necessary. You are encouraged to take rest, self-care, and receive support in whatever way feels most comfortable.
