"Best nights sleep of the week"If you don't leave feeling better on some level - physically, mentally, emotionally, or even all three then I will feel I failed.
Take a pause from the busy world outside and let me guide you into your inner sanctuary of peace.
This session is all about getting comfortable, getting grounded, being happily still and then experiencing very deep relaxation.
Open to complete beginners this is our monthly "treat". Bring your pillows and blankets and I'll show you how to get comfortably still.
Practising yoga in the yin style is accessible for all, it's a powerful practice that allows our fascia, ligaments, joints and deep tissues to slowly release.
Combined with Nidra relaxation this style of yoga helps us use our parasympathetic nervous system – the place of deep rest and restoration.
When sleep is disturbed by tossing and turning we lose this deep restoration. Practising yoga and especially techniques such as meditation and yoga Nidra can help us achieve what a broken nights sleep loses.
All you need is your body and your breath, I'll guide you to your inner sanctuary.
