Yin & Harmonium with Em and Yas

Our classic Yin class with a melodic twist! Yas, chanting with her harmonium, will accompany Em as she teaches. A harmonium is a classical Indian instrument used for playing devotional songs. It has a deeply rich and warm sound that creates a meditative atmosphere. Yas will be chanting various mantras that have a calming effect and can help bring the mind to stillness. This practice of chanting mantras is rooted in the Bhakti Yoga tradition with the intention of connecting to the vast space of love and peace that’s resides within each of us.
