This deeply nourishing class combines the stillness of Yin Yoga with the restorative power of Yoga Nidra to support nervous system healing, emotional release, and inner calm. We’ll begin with gentle, long-held Yin postures to target the fascia, hips, and spine-inviting space, softness, and energetic balance.
Then, you’ll be guided into Yoga Nidra, a deeply meditative practice often called “yogic sleep,” where you’ll rest in stillness while journeying inward through body awareness and guided visualization.
Perfect for all levels, this class is especially supportive for those feeling overwhelmed, depleted, or simply in need of a reset. No experience necessary-just come as you are.
