Drop into a deep, therapeutic Yin practice infused with meditation, breathwork, ancient traditional Chinese medicine theory, self applied acupressure, deep breaths, & slow transitions. Gentle, restorative, medicinal acupuncture points will be provided while in a deep, long savasana.Workshop is guided by certified Yoga instructor and Registered Acupuncturist Kailie Woods.
