Yin and Pin: An afternoon of deep rest.
Join us for a special collaboration between High Vibrations Co. and Dancing Crane Acupuncture! This two hour experience begins with gentle Yin yoga to open the body and calm the nervous system, followed by a deeply relaxing community acupuncture and sound bath session to support energy flow and full-body balance.
No yoga or acupuncture experience needed, just come as you are. Leave feeling grounded, nourished, and refreshed.
