In this unique class singer-songwriter and yoga instructor Matthew Carter takes you deeply into a place of feeling with his music and teaching experience. After he guides you into a Yin pose he will pick up his guitar and play you an arrangement of his own music as well as cover songs that connect you to your heart. Matthew's music has been enjoyed by yoga students for over 10 years now, and that experience has honed his songwriting and teaching skills to perfectly cater to this audience. With songs about mindfulness, letting go, celebration, breathing, and stories from his own journey, you're bound to connect with some of the lyrics and melodies he offers as you bliss out in your favorite yin stretch.
