Originally from the Bay Area, Salma Zaky moved to Los Angeles to attend college, where she began her comedy journey. At campus shows, she was lucky enough to perform alongside stellar comedians including Maria Bamford, Ali Wong, Nikki Glaser, and Nicole Byer. Her parents are actually supportive of her stand-up career, which makes it really hard to live as a brooding comedian who strives to exploit her Egyptian and French background. She now resides in Denver, Colorado for a better quality of life and air. (We're obsessed with her)
