Join us for a co-ed evening of embodied breathwork, ceremonial cacao, and sound healing designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and intentional reset.

Together we’ll move through:

• Letting go of stored stress and emotional weight

• Reconnecting with your body in a safe, supportive way

• Opening the heart through cacao

• Creating clarity around what you’re ready to release and receive

• Resting into sound for deep integration
