Virginia Jaycees Year-End Meeting | Virginia Beach
This year, we’re shaking things up and planning our Year-End Meeting with innovation and fun at the forefront.
Join us in Virginia Beach for the Virginia Jaycees Year-End Meeting, designed around what our members have asked for: connection, flexibility, and an experience that feels engaging from start to finish.
Instead of a rigid schedule, this year’s meeting offers a more free-flowing, people-first format that blends learning, service, and celebration.
What to expect:
Friday Evening
We’ll kick off the weekend with a fun, inviting social where current members, guests, and friends can come together to connect, meet one another, and gear up for the weekend ahead.
Saturday – Daytime
The day will include interactive training focused on growth and leadership, followed by a hands-on service project that allows us to give back together.
Saturday Evening
We’ll close out the weekend with a dinner and awards celebration, honoring the impact, leadership, and accomplishments of the year.
This meeting reflects our commitment to listening to our members and evolving how we gather, creating space for meaningful connection, fresh energy, and fun.
