Please join us for our "Yeah, Write" Winter Sanctuary Series. Our January 2026 theme is, reclaim. We will discuss emowering movements that practice voice, choice, space, energy, story. Reclaiming is not revenge — it is authorship.
We take back the parts of ourselves we once protected by hiding.
The body leads the reclamation before the narrative catches up.

 Reclaim is the act of returning what was muted, minimized, or mistaken for weakness, back into its rightful place: YOU. Like gathering scattered pages, like retrieving a song you once swallowed, like placing your hand back on the pen.

"Yeah, Write" is a community-centered, healing-infused workshop where participants dive into poetry, embodiment exercises, and gentle creative writing exploration. It blends expressive writing, somatic grounding, and artistic reflection - a sanctuary for emotional release, creativity, community and empowerment.

Our mission is to provide a safe, creative gathering where individuals reconnect with themselves through poetic expression, mindful embodiment, and communal support.
