Yeah, Write: Embodied Writing Workshop

Join us for our "Yeah, Write" Winter Sanctuary Series. What part of you needs restoration this December 2025?  This month we get to focus on our new theme, RESTORE. Restore is the process of returning to ourselves — gently, slowly, just as nature rests in winter.

"Yeah, Write" is a community-centered, healing-infused workshop where participants dive into poetry, embodiment exercises, and gentle creative exploration. It blends expressive writing, somatic grounding, and artistic reflection - a sanctuary for emotional release, creativity, community and empowerment.

• Respect for time and emotional space

Our mission is to provide a safe, creative gathering where individuals reconnect with themselves through poetic expression, mindful embodiment, and communal support.
