About this Event
Yeah OK! - Battersea Arts Centre's newest monthly poetry event. Hosted by Kareem Parkins-Brown in collaboration with Writerz and Scribez CIC, it is a night for seasoned poets, newbies and all lovers of words to collide.
Usually on one Thursday of the month you can join us for an hour workshop (6-7pm) before we start the main event (7:30-9.30pm) in the bar space.
Two featured poets will grace the stage every month, alongside enthusiastic open micers. Our previous line up has included Courtney Conrad, Lola Oh, Gboyega Odubanjo, Fahad Al-Amoudi, Jeremiah Brown, and Gabriel Akamo.
