Join us for a fun social paddle along the Yarra river at night, to see the Evan Walker bridge ‘The Falls Before Us’ mist art display. This is part of the Now or Never festival.

Arrive: 6.30pm.
Launch: 7.00pm
Return: 8.30pm
Meet - Point Park, 104 Lorimer St Docklands
Lights. Everyone MUST have a waterproof light attached to their board. A round white light is preferred. No headlamps please. See discussion for light suggestions.
About the paddle:
This is a really fun paddle under the city lights, going up the Yarra from Yarra Edge Marina to Evan Walker bridge. It will be about 6kms all up.
We launch at 6.30pm SHARP, so please arrive early to set up your board and be ready to get paddle.
Although we won’t be paddling fast, this paddle is not suitable for first timers. We will be paddling under full darkness and there may be some boat wake, so you need to be a confident paddler.
Sorry, no children under 12 years old, and NO DOGS/PETS.
Safety gear:
Lights. Everyone MUST have a waterproof light attached to their board. A round white light is preferred. No headlamps please.
NO LIGHTS, NO PADDLE. NO EXCEPTIONS
Everyone must have a leg rope.
Life jackets are optional.
Parking:
Parking along Lorimer St, Point Park drive and Hartley St. Google 104 Lorimer St Docklands.
Open to members and non members, and it’s free to attend.
