This camp will be all about athleticism! The Yard will set up a series of drills in "circuit style" to increase each attendee's level of coordination which in turn, will help them with ALL SPORTS! Drills will be used to increase....

-Athletic Movements
-Hand Eye Coordination
-Footwork
-Flexibility
-Injury Prevention
