About this Event
DC Voters for Animals and the DC Bar Animal Law Committee are hosting a happy hour at City-State Brewing. Well-behaved dogs on leashes are welcome. You are also free to come without a dog and make some new 4-legged (and 2-legged) friends!
This event is free and open to anyone interested in animal law, pro-animal legislation, or dogs. Registration is recommended but not required.
DC Voters for Animals is a non-profit organization dedicated to passing and enforcing animal-friendly laws in DC. Come learn about what we are working on currently!
The DC Bar Animal Law Committee is a group of DC-area lawyers who care about animals, whether we focus our careers on animal protection or elsewhere. We love chatting with attorneys, law students, and other community members interested in animal law!
Beverages will be available for purchase from City-State, and we will have very light refreshments. City-State allows you to bring in outside food as well, but we ask that if you do bring in food that it be free of animal products, since this is an event for the animals!
