An Unsanctioned session will be held for non-USAW members. No singlet required!

• Medals & prizes will be awarded to Best Lifter (male & female) for Youth, Junior, Senior, and Masters divisions
• CASH Prize awarded to the best male and best female lifter overall!

All age divisions and weight classes welcome

The minimum weight for a single lift is 10kg

Start list will be emailed to athletes on the Monday before the meet

NEW: Spectators are welcome with $5 entry fee

Early Bird Registration ($55): November 16th - February 28th, 2025

Regular Registration ($70): March 1st - May 16th, 2025

Last Call Registration ($100): May 17th- May 31st, 2025
