🧘♀️ Yang ° Yin Yoga Weekly Class ✨ Class begins: Monday, 15th September
💜 Life Center Studio, Engomi area (next to bowling), Nicosia
Each weekly class unfolds around a unique theme and intention, designed to awaken your senses, release stagnant energy and tension, and guide you back home to yourself.
We’ll begin with guided inner journeying, breathwork, and a fluid vinyasa flow, before softening into the stillness of Yin Yoga ~ long, passive holds of the asanas that invite introspection, spaciousness, and deep presence.
This practice weaves together movement and stillness in an equal harmony, restoring balance and equilibrium within your whole being ~ the perfect start to your week! 🌟
During the practice you will be accompanied by music, silence, storytelling and poetry.
