Join Nika & Ashley for this candlelit yoga flow to rejuvenate your spirit, relax & support your body, and calm your mind. In this class, you will be guided through a slow, mindful sequence, incorporating meditation and a balanced blend of yoga postures. This class will support you in slowing down and feeling nourished, present, and grounded. This session will end with a deep relaxation and sound healing.
