We are delighted to welcome Ortwin Pötter to Budapest this October. Alongside founder Yap Boh Heong, Ortwin is one of the leading instructors of the Yan Shou Gong Neigong system and heads the European centre in Berlin.
Ortwin has been studying and teaching various martial arts and internal cultivation systems for more than forty years and is a highly experienced instructor in several styles. He shares his decades of experience with practitioners and instructors alike at workshops across Europe, while also training and developing instructors.
The Budapest workshop offers a unique opportunity to learn from him directly and experience his training methods in person.
The workshop is open to both beginners and advanced practitioners. Our aim is to promote Yan Shou Gong by introducing and deepening the fundamentals, while offering more experienced practitioners a deeper understanding and new insights.
We will explore the fundamental principles of fascia function and the body’s internal lines of force, as well as how to use our internal structure and “strings.” Step by step, we will develop the internal connections and structural integrity of the body, our internal skills, and the body’s natural self-healing processes.
We will work on grounding, rooting, and finding our centre.
There will be plenty of partner exercises, with a strong emphasis on testing movements and applications, as well as learning to use internal power — all in a supportive and cooperative training environment.

Idén októberben Budapesten köszönthetjük Ortwin Pöttert, aki Yap Boh Heong alapító mellett egyike a Yan Shou Gong neigong rendszer vezető oktatóinak, ő fogja össze az európai központot Berlinben.

Ortwin több, mint negyven éve tanulmányoz és oktat különböző harcművészeti és belső művelő rendszereket, több stílusban is magas szintű instruktor. Évtizedes tapasztalatát európai workshopokon osztja meg gyakorlókkal és oktatókkal egyaránt, instruktorokat képez és fejleszt.
A budapesti workshop kivételes lehetőség arra, hogy közvetlenül tanuljunk tőle és személyesen tapasztaljuk meg gyakorlási módszereit.
A workshop kezdők és haladók számára egyaránt nyitott, célunk a Yan Shou Gong népszerűsítése az alapok átadása és mélyítése által, a haladók számára mélyebb megértést és új tapasztalatokat kínálva.
Megismerkedünk a fascia működésének és belső erővonalaink alapelveivel, belső struktúránk és húrjaink használatával. Lépésről lépésre fejlesztjük a test belső kapcsolatait és szerkezeti integritását, belső készségeinket és természetes öngyógyító folyamatainkat.
Földelünk, gyökereztetünk, középpontba hozzuk magunkat.
Lesz sok páros gyakorlat, nagy hangsúlyt kapnak a mozdulatok és alkalmazások tesztelése, a belső erő használata, mindezt egymást támogatva.
