Yalla Midwest!

Hosted by Kimberly and Bayati, as a chance to bring belly dancers a live music experience through both a workshop setting and performance opportunities, as well as a chance for the public to experience live Middle Eastern music and dance in Kansas City!

Weekend Schedule:

Friday May 3rd 6:00 - 8:00 pm: Student/Amateur Belly Dance Show with Bayati

Saturday May 4th 1:30 -3:30 pm: Choreography workshop taught by Kimberly with live music by Bayati to the song Inta Omri

Saturday May 4th 7:00-9:00 pm: Belly Dance Perfomance Showcase with Bayati

Friday night show and Saturday workshop will be held at St. Mark Hope and Peace church at 3800 Troost Ave.

Saturday Showcase will be held at the Westport Bowery at 817 Westport Rd.
Pricing: $50 for Workshop and Performance Opportunity (Limit of one song unless specified).

Once attendees purchase a ticket, Kimberly will reach out via email to see which show the attendee would like to perform in, and give the list of songs available.
