Event Cancellations: If the event is canceled, a refund will be issued for the ticket’s face value only.
Liability Waiver: By attending the event, you waive and release the promoter, venue, and their affiliates from claims arising from injury, loss, property damage, or negligence to the extent permitted by law.
Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the promoter and its affiliates from claims or legal action arising from your participation in the event.
Media Release: By attending the event, you grant the promoter and its affiliates permission to photograph, film, and record you during the event and to use your image, likeness, voice, and/or appearance in promotional, marketing, social media, advertising, and other commercial materials without additional compensation or approval.
Arbitration: Any legal disputes arising from the event or ticket purchase will be resolved through arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, to the extent permitted by law.
Severability: If any portion of these terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
