Terms & Conditions
All Sales Final: No refunds, cancellations, credits, exchanges, or transfers. All ticket purchases are final.
Event Entry: A valid ticket and government-issued photo ID are required for entry. The event is 21+ unless otherwise stated. Entry is subject to venue capacity and management discretion.
COVID-19 & Illness Policy: Tickets remain non-refundable if you or anyone in your party is unable to attend due to illness, including COVID-19. Please do not attend if you are experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness.
Agreement: By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which constitute a binding agreement between you and the event promoter.
Event Changes: The promoter reserves the right to modify the event date, venue, schedule, performers, entertainment, or other event details without prior notice. Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund unless required by law.
Event Cancellation: If the event is canceled by the promoter and not rescheduled, refunds will be limited to the face value of the ticket.
Media Release: By attending the event, you grant the promoter, venue, sponsors, and their affiliates the irrevocable right to photograph, film, and record you, and to use your name, image, likeness, voice, and appearance in promotional, advertising, marketing, editorial, and commercial materials, in any media now known or later developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, without compensation or further approval.
Liability Waiver: Attendance is at your own risk. By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the event and release the promoter, venue, sponsors, affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability for personal injury, illness, death, property damage, theft, or other losses, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the promoter, venue, sponsors, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your attendance or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
Prohibited Conduct: The promoter and venue reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any guest without refund for disruptive, illegal, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.
Arbitration & Governing Law: Any dispute arising out of or relating to this event or these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in New York County, New York, and governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
