🌺 حضرت یوشع بن نون علیہ السلام کی سیرت مبارکہ 🌺
حضرت یوشع بن نون بن افرائیم بن یوسف بن یعقوب بن اسحاق بن ابراہیم علیہ السلام، اللہ تعالیٰ کے برگزیدہ انبیاء میں سے ایک نبی تھے۔
اللہ تعالیٰ نے انہیں حضرت موسیٰ علیہ السلام اور حضرت ہارون علیہ السلام کی وفات کے بعد بنی اسرائیل کا خلیفہ بنایا۔
اللہ رب العزت نے ان کے ہاتھوں بیت المقدس کی فتح اور اسے عمالقہ سے واپس لینے کا حکم پورا فرمایا۔
قرآن مجید میں حضرت یوشع علیہ السلام کا نام صراحت کے ساتھ مذکور نہیں، لیکن صحیح احادیث اور سیرت کی کتب میں آپ کا نام یوشع بن نون کے ساتھ موجود ہے۔

🌸 معجزہ 🌸
حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا:
> "سورج کسی انسان کے لیے نہیں رکا، سوائے یوشع کے، جب وہ بیت المقدس کی طرف روانہ ہوئے۔"
(روایت: صحیح بخاری کی شرط پر صحیح ہے – شیخ شعیب الأرناؤوطؒ)
یہ حضرت یوشع علیہ السلام کا عظیم معجزہ تھا کہ اللہ تعالیٰ نے ان کے لیے سورج کو روک دیا۔

حضرت یوشع علیہ السلام کی وفات کنعان (فلسطین کے علاقہ) میں ہوئی۔
اللہ تعالیٰ آپ پر اپنی رحمتیں نازل فرمائے۔ آمین۔

🌺 Life of Prophet Yūshaʿ ibn Nūn (A.S.) 🌺
Prophet Yūshaʿ ibn Nūn ibn Ephraim ibn Yūsuf ibn Yaʿqūb ibn Isḥāq ibn Ibrāhīm (peace be upon them all) was one of the noble prophets of Allah.
After the passing of Prophet Mūsā (Moses) and Hārūn (Aaron) عليهما السلام, Allah appointed him as the leader of Banī Isrā’īl.
Through him, Allah Almighty granted the victory of Bayt al-Maqdis (Jerusalem) and fulfilled His command to reclaim it from the ʿAmāliqah (Amalekites).
Though his name is not explicitly mentioned in the Holy Qur’an, he is clearly identified in authentic Hadith and books of Seerah.

🌸 Miracle 🌸
Narrated by Abu Hurairah (رضي الله عنه):
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:
> “The sun has never been held back for any human being except for Yūshaʿ (Joshua), when he was marching towards Bayt al-Maqdis.”
(Authenticated by Shaykh Shuʿayb al-Arnaʾūt – on the condition of Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī)
This was the great miracle of Prophet Yūshaʿ (A.S.) — the sun stood still for him by Allah’s command.

Prophet Yūshaʿ (A.S.) passed away in Canaan (present-day Palestine).
