Celebrate all things autumn and agricultural by creating your very own ceramic pumpkin or jack-o-lantern at our YA Super Creative Club session.
Guest artist Joseph Eastham of ARJO Pottery will guide you through the process of hand-building your pumpkin from scratch using the pinch pot technique. Then you’ll use additive and subtractive techniques to customize your special squash.
After the program, your pumpkin or jack-o-lantern will be glazed and fired in a kiln. Your ceramic piece will be available for pick-up in the Children's Library.
No prior experience with ceramics is required. Clay and other supplies are limited.
