📢📢CALLING ALL Y6 SCHOOL LEAVER PARENTS / CARERS📢📢
We have extended the deadline for ticket purchases for the Y6 school leavers prom on the 17th July 2026.
We have some deposits paid, but balances outstanding.
As it isn’t classed as a school event we are unable to contact parents/carers direct.
Please help us spread the word and reach out to anyone that still needs to pay.
If you still wish to for your child to attend, payments to be sent via Bank Transfer to:

Please put the reference as Your child's Name & Class e.g. Tom Jones Y6NB
This needs to be completed by Friday 13th March 2026, no tickets will be available after this date as we need to begin confirming numbers with the venue.
We plan to make this a night that the children will never forget, making
memories and having a good time surrounded by their friends…we may
persuade some teachers to come along!

• Parents / Carers are welcome to stay, we are not responsible for your children, so we advise at least one adult staying however if you wish to drop your child and return later, please arrange this with your child and ensure they know the arrangements.
• No Siblings are allowed in the party…Athelstan Year 6 Leavers only.
• All Children Attending must have a valid pre-purchased ticket which will be issued nearer the time.
• All Monies and personal effects are your child's responsibility.
• Children must be respectful of the venue and grounds. Anyone seen causing damage will be asked to leave.
