Y108 is turning 25, and we're celebrating the only way we know how - with a night of live local rock!
Join us for the **Y108 25th Anniversary Battle of the Bands Birthday Bash**, presented by Sonic Unyon, Long & McQuade, and Catherine North Studios.
Three incredible local bands will take the stage and battle it out in front of a panel of industry judges and a live audience for the chance to be crowned the winner.

An eccentric and high-energy garage punk band from Kitchener known for their fast-paced, electrifying performances and punk-rock attitude.
**Rolodex Darko**
Hamilton's own experimental noise-rock powerhouse. Blending alternative, hardcore, and theatrical performance elements, Rolodex Darko delivers a raw and unforgettable live experience. Following the releases of "SLUT QUEEN" and "BLIND IN THE VALLEY OF SUICIDES," the band returns in 2026 after several years away.
**GREATER THaN**
This Canadian rock quartet is making waves with powerful, hook-driven songs and meaningful lyrics. Formed in 2025, GREATER THaN brings together four seasoned musicians committed to creating impactful modern rock music.
