Join me for another Xtreme Hip Hop with Midz pop up class.

All of my classes are Very Basic and a great place for new, beginners and People looking to get on the fitness journey. Intermediate/Advanced steppers are more than welcome to attend and I encourage those steppers to include advanced variations in place of basic moves.

We will be stepping on CONCRETE so please take it easy and wear appropriate footwear.

Feel free to bring your kids as my Big Kid will be on duty to keep an eye out at the playground. If your child cause please wear something green so Lailah knows they are part of our crew.

DINNER : We hang around afterwards for a BBQ - This is so I don't have to rush home and cook dinner for my kid and family, so if you are like me and want to feed your kids before you get home please feel free to bring a plate or a little meat pack and we will have dinner ready for after our swim. Partners are also welcome to come along and hang out.
