Xtreme Hip Hop with LC @ Northlake: Thursday Step Aerobics Class

My name is LC and I am a certified Xtreme Hip Hop instructor based in Charlotte and Concord, NC. I am excited to host FREE Xtreme Hip Hop Step Aerobics classes at Northlake Mall to help YOU meet your fitness goals!
Xtreme Hip Hop is a unique brand of step aerobics created by @xtremehiphopwithphil that allows fun and creativity to your workouts while stepping an upbeat playlist!

The class will be instructed in a format that can challenge all ages, genders, and levels! Whether you’re a big Steppa or a first timer, you are guaranteed to burn some calories 💪🏾 both on or off the step. So come have a good time while doing it!

This will be a 60min class full of high energy that will keep your heart bumping and your feet jumping! Beat drops right at 7:00PM. All first timers/beginners are asked to arrive by 6:45 / 15 minutes prior to start time to go over the moves for the class.

Things to bring:

1. An aerobic step (no risers needed)-- or you can rent a step with your ticket (limited available).

2. Water

3. A Towel

4. Lots of energy!!

Class will be located in the Community Studio Room across from Pics and Prints on the lower level INSIDE Northlake Mall. Park at the mall entrance between Macy’s and Belk.
