XTRA SPECIAL FAMLIIES Annual General MeetingAll volunteers and attendees are welcome to come and celebrate a year of great events. There will be tea and cake too!
Xtra Special Families is a small community group run by a committee of committed volunteers. We have a changing team of crucial volunteers who help in many different ways to run the events, from publicity, to booking activities and then on the day all the hard work of setting up, running events and clearing up.
The AGM is a chance for both volunteers and the many families who enjoy the events, to come together and celebrate the last 12 months and all we have achieved. And also to look forward to the next 12 months and what activities we would like, funding and people power allowing, to offer.
EVERYONE is welcome. We hope to be in the large garden at Broughton Rectory with tea and cakes. Business should be short with plenty of time to chat and contribute.
