Join us for our yearly Christmas Megasession.

Enjoy the Friskis-fun and get ready for the Christmas spirit with our Megasession including a mix of different sessions like family, box, jympa, yoga, dance explode and multifys! Instructors will include both your established favourites and some fresh faces, all in their Very Best Xmas get-up: Emma, Wim, Daniela, Rebecca, Lies, Olivier, Magda, Mónica, Lene and Marika will you make sweat and relax all to a soundtrack that will make you yearn for the Holidays!
What else to expect? The best Xmas dress up award, free babysitting, hot wine and cookies after and who knows, maybe some Santa Lucia singing…
