Refund Policy Details

Registration:

Refunds requested on or before August 8: full refund minus all ticketing fees. Refunds requested August 9 through September 6: 50% refund minus all ticketing fees. Refunds requested September 7 or later cannot be granted.

Conference Dinner:

Refunds requested on or before September 6: full refund minus all ticketing fees. Refunds requested September 7 or later cannot be granted.

Refund requests will be responded to within five business days. If by then you have not received a response to your request, please email [email protected]

Refunds may take several days to process.

Tax Policy

The University of Arizona is exempt from sales tax related to conference fees. Please refer to ARS §42-5061.
