Xanadu Coffee Roasting Workshop Module 2: Post Crack Development

Every weekend we are meeting at the roast warehouse to explore different concepts in coffee roasting. The first module we are exploring will highlight airflow and its impact on the flavor of coffee. Saturday we will meet up at 8 am to spend two hours roasting and talking about roasting. Then on Sunday, we will again meet up at 8 am to cup the results and discuss the differences in the cup. Class are limited and class size are small.
