Xanadu Coffee Barista Class II : Milk Steaming and Drink Composition

Our second class is focused on drink composition and milk steaming. You will learn the proper methods for producing sweet, consistent steamed milk. You will also learn to common ratios for drink composition, sharing industry norms and tips and tricks. Lastly, will will focus heavily on the fundamentals of latte art, setting you up to know what to practice to produce consistent shapes .

All equipment and materials used are COMMERCIAL, all methodogies employed are desgined for a commcerial setting. Home baristas are welcome to take the class but it is specifically designed for profesionals and coffee shop employees.
