1st Course

House cured salmon and potato terrine, ras el hanout, tamarind honey, smoked trout roe, fresh herbs, pistachio-golden raisin relish, lavosh.

2nd Course

Garam Marsala-duck leg confit, apricot-polenta stuffing, glazed parsnips and baby carrots, pomegranate kabayaki.

3rd Course

Lamb saddle stuffed with cranberry, spiced cashew, and wild rice, walnut romesco, parsley, mint, thyme, English peas, morels, chanterelles, port wine demi glace.

4th Course

Sauterne wine and saffron poached Asian pear, cardamom, crème patisserie, crystallized ginger, Chantilly cream, crushed pecans.
