A monthly gathering for wāhine to come together in courage, honesty, and community.
Each month we’ll explore a theme from our lived experiences. We’ll begin with the inner critic, those voices that hold us back, and work on cultivating more love to help us soften and reclaim our power.
🌿 The evening will include:
- A grounding practice to settle and arrive
- Small breakout groups for connection
- Optional group sharing and discussion
This is a welcoming and friendly space for wāhine. No prior experience needed. Just bring an open heart and curiosity.

We use the word wāhine with deep respect for te reo Māori and the mana of wāhine Māori, and do so in the spirit of honoring the strength of the feminine.
