In this 3 hr shamanic meditation group, everyone has the opportunity to discuss with the group what it is they are currently looking for whether it be clarity, guidance, extra energy, healing, etc and place it into my bowl of runes. We then pull three runes and discuss how they work together. No runic knowledge is required to attend. I then perform Galdr (singing the runes) and drumming while everyone goes on a journey to see what the runes have to tell them. We then create our own personalized Bindrune to help manifest what it is they originally came in looking for. Happens every second Sunday
