WWP & Deloitte Employment Bootcamp

This in-person bootcamp is designed to help participants build confidence, strengthen career readiness skills, and prepare for a successful transition to the civilian workforce through hands-on training and direct engagement with employers.

What You’ll Gain

Participants will receive practical guidance and participate in:

• Identifying transferable skills gained through military service

• Developing a strong elevator pitch and networking strategy

• Resume workshop and review focused on civilian employment

• Interview skills training and preparation

• Mock interviews with employers, including real-time feedback

• A Leadership & Employer Panel offering candid insight into hiring and workplace expectations
