WVDOT DBE Goal Announcement

As a recipient of the Federal Highway Administration, WVDOT is required to calculate an overall goal triennially, i.e., every three years, that represents a percentage of projected total Federal transportation dollars that we anticipate expending on contracts we will award during the period covered by the goal (2024-2027).
