The USS Wernher von Braun is having an ice cream social on Saturday, June 19th, at 5 pm. We'll be indulging at Yolo Rollo inside the food court of Parkway Place Mall (2801 Memorial Parkway). However, if you're hungry for a bite to eat, you're more than welcome to grab an actual meal from the other food vendors along with your ice cream. All are welcome to join us as we beat the Vulcan... er... Alabama heat in the most logical and delicious way possible.Uniforms are NOT required, but a Star Trek or sci-fi shirt is recommend to help advertise our chapter and STARFLEET: the International Star Trek Fan Association, Inc. We'll even bring Star Trek UNO cards to spend our time idling away the sultry summer afternoon in the air conditioned comfort of the mall food court.
Yolo Rollo offers rolled ice cream, a popular Thai dessert. First, you pick a base ice cream, such as chocolate. Then, you pick a mix-in, such as cheesecake. Finally, you choose a topping, like M&Ms. Or, if that's too much choice, you can order one of the recommended combinations. See the review below:

As an added bonus, allow Counselor Troi to demonstrate the proper way to eat triple chocolate fudge ice cream, though we don't care so long as you enjoy yourself.
