Would you like to play a game? The USS Wernher von Braun is playing games on Sunday, February 158th, at 2pm inside the Charger Union on the UAH Campus.
Our traditional game day favorite was Scattergories, but those nearby may not appreciate the ticking countdown clock. Therefore, we may play Five Year Mission, Star Trek Fluxx, Red Shirts, or Star Trek Scrabble instead. Of course, the old reliable Star Trek Uno is always an option, as are several other family board games. If you have a favorite family oriented game that you thing might be a good fit, bring it! We'd love to develop a new addiction.
The Charger Union building is located at 4705 Holmes Ave NW, which is in the southwest corner of the intersection with John Wright Dr. NW. Even though open parking lot W20 next to it is for faculty use during the weekdays, we've been told that it's OK to park here on the weekends. In fact, we haven't had any problems parking inside the adjacent parking deck if you prefer to be out of the sun.
