• This event requires advance online reservation via Eventbrite. Participants must present a printed or digital ticket with a QR code for check-in. Entry will not be permitted without a valid reservation.
• To ensure a smooth on-site experience, multiple entry time slots are available across the two-day event. Participants are encouraged to select the slot that best fits their schedule. Each participant may reserve only one ticket (one time slot). Duplicate reservations made by the same attendee will be removed.
• Entry time slots indicate entry windows only. Exit times are 13:30 for morning slots and 17:00 for afternoon slots.
• Participants’ admission tickets are valid for single entry only. Tickets will be considered used upon entry and cannot be revalidated for re-entry. Participants are advised to ensure their visit is complete before exiting the venue.
• Participants must be 18 years or older to attend. Proof of age may be required at check-in.

• Participants may choose from the following entry time slots:

- May 30 Entry Time

· 11:30 – 13:00

*Participants who have reserved the above morning time slots will exit at 13:30.

· 13:30 - 15:00

· 15:00 - 16:30

*Participants who have reserved the above afternoon time slots will exit at 17:00.

- May 31 Entry Time

· 10:00 – 11:30

· 11:30 – 13:00

*Participants who have reserved the above morning time slots will exit at 13:30.

· 13:30 - 15:00

• All participants are expected to maintain respectful behavior throughout the event. Subject to applicable laws and rules of the venue, smoking, vaping, harassment, disruptive actions, or any behavior that negatively impacts the event or its reputation is strictly prohibited, which will result in removal from the venue without refund.
• Food and beverages, weapons, illegal drugs, and other contraband are not permitted inside the venue premises. Exceptions will be made for certain types of items for those with disabilities, medical requirements and/or special needs. Participants consent to a reasonable search for prohibited items. Violators of this provision may be required to leave the event without any refund.

• Participants acknowledge that all health and safety policies for the event may be updated and amended from time to time by the Organizers and shall be effective immediately upon posting of such changes on the website or at the venue. Participants agree to comply with all health and safety policies of Organizers and the venue.

• Participants are encouraged to wear clean and tidy outfits for the festive fan gathering experience. Cosplay of Wuthering Waves characters is also welcomed! We will prepare additional gifts for participants who attend in cosplay.

• Photos, videos, and audio recordings may be taken during the event for promotional and archival purposes.
• By attending, participants consent to grant Organizers the irrevocable, transferable, perpetual and royalty-free right and license to record, publish, display, and use (by photograph, video, aural devices, or any other method or device) the participants' name, voice, image, likeness and any personal data included while at this event for the above purposes, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised.
• By attending, participants consent to the collection of personal data, including but not limited to name and contact information. This data may be used for promotional purposes, including sending emails about future events, services, or promotions. If participants wish to opt out of receiving promotional communications, they may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions provided in the emails.

• The arrangements for the event may be adjusted if necessary due to a change of venue, change of activities or any other reason. Participants acknowledge and agree that the Organizers reserve the right to make such adjustments.

• Reservations can be canceled free of charge via Eventbrite prior to the Event. Participants who are unable to attend are encouraged to cancel their reservations in advance to allow other attendees to participate.

• Participants shall defend and hold harmless the event Organizers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or in any way related to their participation in or presence at the event, whether on-site or at any off-site location, including but not limited to claims of negligence.

• By attending, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from attending the event.

Each participant will receive a set of event-exclusive commemorative giveaways, including:

• Commemorative Paper Bag x1
• Commemorative Laser Ticket x1
• Stamp Rally Card x1

Each participant who cosplays a character at the event will receive additional gifts!

• Chibi Acrylic Standee x1 (random character)
• Startorch Academy ID Card x1 (random characters)

• Visit Aemeath Dreamscape, Dania’s Birthday Atelier, and Hiyuki Fortune Pavilion to participate in activities and collect a character stamp from each themed zone.
• Take photos in any 2 themed zones and share them on X / Facebook / Instagram with #WutheringWaves #EchoesoftheStars to redeem a Rover stamp at the redemption area.
