Celebrate the fourth on the third at WUFT’S Fanfares and Fireworks presented by Florida Credit Union. Music by the Late Night Losers, Buko Boys, MADWOMAN and the Gainesville Community Band and the Gainesville Pops under the direction of Jay Watkins. Additional sponsors include fireworks show by Attorney Dan Newlin, PBS Kids Zone by Children’s Trust Of Alachua County, the City Of Gainesville and premiere supporting sponsor Covering Florida. There will be food trucks on site and coolers are allowed but they may be subject to search. For safety reasons, no sparklers or dogs are allowed. The event is free and open to the public.
