What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Self-parking is available at the venue.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You can either bring your printed ticket or display your ticket on your mobile device using the Eventbrite app.
Will Corporate Partner vouchers be accepted for this event?
Corporate Partner vouchers will NOT be accepted for this event. Vouchers are accepted for monthly Programs. If you have any further questions about the Corporate Partner benefits or vouchers, please don't hesitate to contact Rebecca Hardy of JGM at [email protected].
What is the refund policy?
No refunds will be available for this event, but you may be eligible to transfer your registration to another WTS member. Please notify Rashanda Davis of Metro at [email protected] in advance if transferring your registration. We appreciate your support of the WTS-LA Scholarships Program!
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Your registration/ticket is only transferrable to another WTS member. For WTS membership questions, please contact the WTS-LA Membership Chair Yolanda Baber at [email protected].
Registration is closed, can I still register for the event?
Once registration is closed you will no longer be able to purchase tickets through the Eventbrite page. We may offer a limited number of walk-in tickets on the day of the event, but we cannot guarantee that you will receive a walk-in ticket. All walk-in tickets are subject to a $25 late fee.
