What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

A limited number of self-parking are available at the Caltrans Headquarters building: 100 S. Main St., Los Angeles, CA 90012. You must register for the "Self-parking at Caltrans HQ" ticket type to reserve a parking space, otherwise Caltrans may turn you away. Carpooling is strongly encouraged because a limited number of parking spaces are available.

Additional self-parking is available at the Doubletree Hotel, 120 South Los Angeles Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012 at the hotel's daily/hourly rate.

The venue is also nearby the Pershing Square Metro stop.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You can either bring your printed ticket or display your ticket on your mobile device using the Eventbrite app.

Will Corporate Partner vouchers be accepted for this event?

Corporate Partner vouchers will be accepted for this event for individual tickets (not event sponsorships). If you have any further questions about the Corporate Partner benefits or vouchers, please don't hesitate to contact WTS-LA Corporate Relations Chair Rebecca Hardy at [email protected].

What is the refund policy?

No refunds will be available for this event, but you may be eligible to transfer your registration to another WTS member. Please notify Melissa Holguin at [email protected] in advance if transferring your registration. We appreciate your support of the WTS-LA Small Business/EDI Program!

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Your registration/ticket is only transferrable to another WTS member. Please contact the WTS-LA Membership Chair at [email protected] for WTS membership questions.

Registration is closed, can I still register for the event?

Once registration is closed you will no longer be able to purchase tickets through the Eventbrite page. We may offer a limited number of walk-in tickets the day of the event, but we cannot guarantee that you will receive a walk-in ticket. All walk-in tickets are subject to a $25 late fee.
